Please ensure your order is placed before 12pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. If the order is placed on a Friday and Express delivery is chosen, the order will be delivered on Monday before 12pm. Orders must weigh under 1500g or an additional cost will apply. We will be in touch if this happens.

International orders over 2kg may incur additional charges. If this case arises, we will be in touch to discuss your delivery options and any applicable charges.

Our rates include postage, packing and insurance.

We send our orders via Royal mail recorded delivery, a signature is required upon receipt.

Please note that if your order is to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

RETURN BY POST

We only aim to please…

So if you are not entirely satisfied with your item we would gladly offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt provided it is in perfect unworn condition and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Painted By Me will not accept returns of items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

• Please complete the returns form with ALL FIELDS FILLED IN with your purchase and original receipt.
• Take the package to your local post office, making sure you retain your certificate of postage.
• Please send exchanges or returns via Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
• We endeavour to process exchanges and refunds within 5 working days of us receiving the goods and upon the satisfactory receipt of the item.

Goods to be exchanged or refunded are to be returned to Painted By Me at your own expense.
